Sharon did an excellent job yes she is worth a six star rating. I went to second grade with her sister so I have known her for years. Most people cannot say that about there real estate agent. I grew up with out having any family in the area. My friends and neighbors became my family. It is hard enough being a caregiver for a parent for over three years. Once she passed the hard began, her house had to be emptied and sold. Sharon was a great help with ideas that only years of experience could bring. I have already refered one person to her and I am sure there will be many more to come.
What can I say, Sharon was the best. I can honestly say that if it wasnt for her, we would not have gotten our home. Whoa. How many characters do I have? As the trustee of my sister's trust, I had a difficult time deciding when to sell her house. When that time came, Sharon's name came up number one on a realtor search website. I brought in Sharon and the number two person for interviews, and it became obvious that Sharon and I would work together on this challenging project. The house needed upgrades before we could pronounce it ready to list, and Sharon enlisted the services of professionals to completely redo the flooring of this 2600 square foot home. When the upgrades were in place, she used a stager to strategically place furnishings and decorations to enhance our chances of locating a buyer. Even though December wasn't the optimum time to attempt to sell, after Christmas we received three offers, two of them on the same day. From the start to the finish of this project, Sharon was off the charts with her enthusiasm, creativity, and followup skills. I know that she sells a lot of homes, and it would be no surprise to find that her clients would view her the same way I do - that she's a consummate professional with a can-do attitude. I don't know if she did, but I had a hell of a lot of fun as we worked together all the way to closing. To say 'highly recommend' is an understatement.
